Wendy has been planning and directing weddings for seven years. She personally provides hands on event coordination. A Georgia native, Wendy has all the vendor connections. She is an engineer by degree, which means that no detail will be missed. Wendy is an excellent listener and effective communicator. She is able to have the hard conversations with family or vendors in order for the client to achieve the perfect overall vision. Her goal is for you to have a happy and stress-free event day!
Wendy is happily married to her husband, Ryan, and lives in Augusta with their sons Henry and Harrison. The "Double H" part of Double H Ranch LLC's name. When she’s not planning an event, Wendy spends her time volunteering with The Junior League of Augusta, enjoying her family, tutoring students in math and tending to their chickens.
Wendy and I planned my wedding in May 2016, so I definitely understand how stressful an event can be! My husband's name is Curtis, and we have two cats, Andy and Tux. I'm also a native of Augusta, and I enjoy working in the wedding industry. I came to Double H Ranch through my friendship with Wendy and am excited to help make your day as perfect as mine was!
I will be there on your event day to meet your vendors and make sure everything is set up properly. I'm originally from Houma, Louisiana, but I have lived in Augusta for 15 years. I met Wendy through my husband, Jeff, and she and I are now sisters-in-law! I'm looking forward to making sure everything falls into place on your big day!
